At Faith Over Fear, your satisfaction is important to us. We proudly offer a 30-day return policy in line with fair consumer practices in South Africa.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is in resell able condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Returns requested after 30 days

If an item is returned without approval or outside the allowed period, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price (in ZAR).


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for written approval before shipping the item back.

Please include your order number and full name inside the return parcel.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Refund Processing (ZAR)

Once your return is received:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 additional business days to reflect.

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please contact your bank or card provider.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package all products to prevent damage.

An item qualifies as damaged if:

  • It is physically broken upon delivery

  • It has a manufacturing defect

Damaged outer packaging (e.g., dented box) does not qualify if the product inside is undamaged.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us with clear photos of the damage

  • We will assess and arrange a replacement if eligible

We do not refund or replace items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.


6. Product Use & Responsibility

Please use all Faith Over Fear products responsibly and according to care instructions.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Injuries resulting from misuse

If discomfort occurs, discontinue use and contact us immediately.


7. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim for timely delivery across South Africa, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs (if applicable)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Faith Over Fear is not liable for:

  • Lost packages once marked delivered

  • Stolen packages

  • Courier-related delays
